Legit agencies are good but you gotta expand to private eventually otherwise you're missing out on a lot of girls.
Think you probably need to figure out what you want from a booking if more worries about service.
You mentioned earlier you weren’t as worried about looks more service. If that’s the case then you’re not going to be able to turn them down as you won’t know from answering the door.
If worried about extras choose an independent or agency with simple pricing.
Service will get better the better your comms. I query when booking or at start of booking their dislikes as in what the offer but not that keen on. Even if they offer it I will stay away from it if they would rather not find it can lower the experience sometimes.
Think outcalls are a better experience will do shorter incalls once I know the SWer.
People have said agencies are more consistent less risk. My issues haven’t been major (issues mostly my own doing) and I’ve solely booked indies.
Independents run their own cutter and I think that is a plus for myself preferring 2+ hour bookings. Also if your not going for risky adverts and low prices risk is fuck all.

You should be able to tell what independent ladies are the real deal by their photos, profile and pricing. Most career SWers are gonna graduate out of agencies at some point, it’s a ******* progression once you have enough regulars and steady business, why would you keep getting half your earnings taken? From a WG point of view it makes sense - work less hours, make more money, have way more flexibility.
Depending what you look for in the relationship with a WG (like if you’re a hobbiest who wants to bang every WG in town or if you like having a regular girl you see) but pros for clients are having access to me by texting whenever and me being flexible on booking times because I’m not limited to certain hours through an agency. I keep all my earnings and set my own pricing so don’t feel like I’m undervaluing myself therefore am A LOT more giving with my services and time. I’m my own brand so I can’t afford to give a subpar service - I just don’t work if I don’t feel up to it and I take limited bookings per day in general so I can always give 100% to my clients.

Can also be fun to take a gamble on an unknown and/or iffy looking private profile once in a while.

My preference is Independents, though there are a few own goals along the way to sift through the sham independents (the girl actually has a boss behind the scene managing her phone and texts) and finding the lady/ladies you have a mutual connection with.
I like talking directly with the provider and establishing a relationship with her. They are generally more economical as there is no agency cut and all the money goes into her pockets which I like.
But my main preference for Independents is you can establish a regular direct connection with the same girl over a longer period of time. Bit like finding a good hairdresser who knows exactly how you like yours cut so you don't have to be schooling someone new everytime.
