Especially for those of us outside Auckland where young girls seem plentiful, what is your call?

Although in her 40's she is still younger than me so I have no hesitation in going to what I know will be a B"nS because the older ladies really know how to look after you. She basically, dressed me when we finished, no rush out the door and come back soon.

What is the issue (apart from the fact there is no resemblance to the photo's) with the older girls?

I am sure @sbq will have a negative opinion but really?
 
Nope haven’t had an issue. Even if I was to change the way I booked looks easy enough to avoid.

Might be an issue for legit SWers.
 
For me it's not such a big deal. It depends on my mood. Usually I will walk if I don't like the switch or will stay if I like what I'm seeing. One of my best punts were with a switch, but she was on my to do list anyway.
Once I decided to walk and went to another reputable place, where I got one of my worst punts ever.
So the bottom line is, I don't have a rule.
Yeah, it's not good, but it is what it is.

I'm mostly on a similar wave length. Some of the best Asians I've seen have been bait and switches. And easily a solid 80% of them I probably would've seen anyway if their ads had been accurate. The few times I've walked have had less to do with the appearance of who answers the door but the vibe they give off. I've had the door opened by some really grumpy looking ladies who otherwise looked pretty decent, and a couple of young ones that just gave off the whole air of "I really don't want to be here and in this situation. Give me the money, do what you came here to do and leave as fast as possible."

But on topic...I do get a bit miffed at being lied to by the ads, and sometimes by the texts themselves when you find out it's not the woman on the other end of the phone thst youre meeting. Services don't match, addres issues (especially when the texter is in a different city and has no idea where they're describing), the mild heart dropping feeling when they open the door and its not remotely close to what was on the pics, etc.

Your example raises a couple of interesting questions.

Would you have preferred the person you thought you were seeing to have answered the door?

And if the lady you did meet had used her actual photos and details, would you have still booked her?

Because It seems to me the lady you saw obtained your business through false advertising (ethics). In this case it fortunately may have worked out, but how often does it not?

I'm not automatically walking just because a different girl answers the door. I've also had some great punts from unexpected girls. But once they open that door you've only got a short time to size them up and make a call before you're then committed, so it can be a shock if you're not prepared for that possibility.

I've had a couple of fun variants on B&S. One I wrote about here where I ended up getting the girl I actually wanted to see rather than the one I had booked. And another I wrote about back on AF about a regular of mine trying to pass me off onto a new girl. I walked but she then messaged me to come back and I ended up having them both together for a very good price.
