Well that was Harvey Weinstein's favourite plastic surgery
Tbf they did the exact same thing with me and a friend of mine when we stopped working there, our photos remained on there website months after we’d already left and gone elsewhere to work. It’s painstaking attempting to get through to them so that they will actually remove the photos. In the end I found the only thing that finally worked and got them to actually remove the photos without just giving excuses or saying that they’d do it soon, was too just keep harassing them relentlessly about the issue. Like I mean, to the point where you’re actually just being a real annoyance for them. Keep bugging them about it as frequently as you can, that creates a sense of urgency for them because they then want you to leave them alone.

Um if you were a Surgeon you would know the correct term is Fistula in Ano.
Usually sorted by a general surgeon and endoscopist.
As the Fistula is usually in the rectum and at the very least out of sight.
No plastic surgery is required.
The fistula is usually paired back, cleaned and stitched.
How do I know ?
I've had the surgery.
And it wasn't caused by Anal sex.
