Agreed. And less about the masturbation and more about the porn. Porn teaches you to not have to talk or connect with someone, a little like social media. Not healthy, but like everything it can become a habit and addictive.

Same here, started punting earlier this year. Have only watched porn a few times since.
I read somewhere masturbation can reduce your sensitivity and it trains your body to be accustomed to a specific grip strength/speed. Unless you switch it up haha maybe alternate between left and right hands. Porn is worse, it probably changes your perception and expectation of sex.
