I would like to hear some response with other punters. I started punting maybe 4 months ago and since seeing dozens of working girls (kinda lost count on the exact #), I find that I no longer masturbate and I no longer watch porn. This abstinence I find yields better outcomes when visiting sex workers so i'm curious for most of you all, are having the same approach?

Also a week of no activity means my sperm juice is at maximum ejaculation capacity.

Yes this is a frequently discussed topic. For sure looking at the profiles of so many lovely ladies online offering all sorts of erotic services and knowing you can actually meet that lady and experience those first hand is very alluring.

It is the whole experience though that is so superior to getting your jollies off porn. The thrill of the selection, making contact, exchanging information, the anticipation of the meet, and the nervousness and excitement, meeting the person, the touch, smell, taste, sounds etc. And the post booking reflection, and often contented feeling of fulfillment (until the next time). So much more ******* and healthy doing it for real with another human rather than at home, solitary in front of a screen.

And you may find your views of the kind of woman you are physically attracted to and aroused by might change as you delve deeper into the wonderful world of punting and meet ladies of all ages, ethnicities, shapes and sizes.

Same here, started punting earlier this year. Have only watched porn a few times since.
I read somewhere masturbation can reduce your sensitivity and it trains your body to be accustomed to a specific grip strength/speed. Unless you switch it up haha maybe alternate between left and right hands. Porn is worse, it probably changes your perception and expectation of sex. You end up chasing only the highs and putting a lot of emphasis on the climax. I feel in reality, sex is more about the tease, the slow build up leading up to penetration. Learning the foreplay is the key. Especially for guys like myself who normally ejaculate too fast haha.

Lingam massage is very good for retraining the body, getting out of that limiting masturbation routine that only works with that pressure, that rhythm that only you know how to do... this improves pleasure in masturbation, sex, receiving blowjobs, massages... whatever it may be...

I remember the first time I received it, I could barely keep my dick hard, even though I had a hot girl caressing it :ROFLMAO:

masturbating to porn is like drug consumption - feels good during, shameful thereafter.

much rather feel a woman's skin against mine, taste her mouth, and taste her vaginal fluids, hear her moans of pleasure, make her feel loved etc.

masturbation abstinence is beneficial for self-control, confidence, energy, but is immensely difficult.

i'm abstinent and constantly think about sex and can almost feel my heartbeat through my penis, lol. it's like a severe itch i can easily scratch, but deliberately choose not to.

Porn - accessibility, convenience, variety, immediacy, no cost, very addictive. No surprise with these factors alone it gets some of us in its spell. But it is a poor, poor substitute for the real thing. Of course for those gentlemen that do not have an available human outlet for their ardor, or that do not avail themselves of professional ladies offering their services then sadly for those folk, porn likely remains their go to first port of call.
