Nope it's called valuing our time and service correctly and appropriately. Of course multi shots should be extra! Why wouldn't they be? It's additional labour, and in most cases the second round can take a while to get clients hard again and longer to come again due to the decreased sensitivity.
Some include it in a PSE but as far as any other service goes it should absolutely be charged as an extra for other services. And even if they do charge it as an extra in a PSE its still fair and reasonable for the reasons stated above.
If you are removing yourself from the punter pool... why are you still here? Its only a very small minority that are charging the very high rates. So don't go see those ones... simple.
The happiest punters Ive meet are those that see time with an awesome provider as money well spent and an investment into their own self-care. Rather than resenting choosing to pay for it in the first place.

Now I am talking Asian providers here, but probably applies across the board, but if I see GFE listed I assume nothing. It is often a misused, misleading or misunderstood service. I mean if I think Girlfriend Experience at a MINIMUM this includes enthusiastic kissing. But often there is no kissing, or closed lips affairs which are a total waste of space IMO.
