I suspect I’m in a minority but as a total fan of Paradise I think funhouse Is wildly overrated, way too expensive and with a truly shit front of house. You’d be much better going to the Apartment, Iescape or the Bedroom

I don't think you are in the minority. It seems like all the lads enjoyed spending time at paradise and it is a shame that it stopped operating. I have seen a few of them as independents and they are right up there for value for money and the level of service.
I havent been to fun house as I dont want to spend that amount of money frequently. But I was thinking of checking out the premise for a SM and potentially FS if I want to treat myself.

Yes you could check out the rosters at agencies and see if any fits the traits that you are looking for. Funhouse and the bedroom are more expensive. Then you have other agencies such as the apartment (mix of independents and roster), Paris, iEscape/ one night stands, pillow talk.
There are a handful of girls at pillow talk that will have a shower with you (mix or euros and Asians). You could even call the front house and see if they have any girls that match the characteristics you are after.
It is too expensive for me--I've never been there and never will--but I'm extremely glad that it exists.
Why? Because if it didn't, then the guys with much more money than me (or more money than sense, if you want to think of it that way) who currently go there would be lavishing that money on the girls that are within my budget.
