New group working from Union Street?

Hi,

Whilst doing some due diligence on updating my WeChat archive I came across a SW that appears to be working from an apartment on 45 Union Street.

The girl seems to be remarkably hot and her account was advertizing/broadcasting multiple girls on Moments in WeChat.
While chatting she/they handed me a PDF with a hot girl on it, which is the girl from the 108 ad.
The pictures were indicating she was definitely in Auckland.
But then the account did seem to indicate there were more girls working from the address.

So my question is does anyone know of anything hot happening there on 45 Union Street?
I'd investigate personally, but I got my leg in a cast for the next week or so and should not do anything too athletic.
Should I put this on my to do list when i can finally return to punting?
