I think he’s talking outside your traditional establishments TA, Dollhouse, LF most have been reviewed but I do wonder where my bosses go late at night as none of those places are open. I’m curious about Galaxy Club and Femmes as well what’s happening in those VIP rooms at strip clubs but I’ll never reach that status.

Judging someone based on their race is a bad thing.
Denying reality is also a bad thing.
The unfortunate reality is that some races are more prone to mistreating sex workers than others.
If a girl has been mistreated more often by clients of one race than another then it is only normal for her to be wary.
Bear in mind that although she may have felt it necessary to lay out more ground rules for you than for another client, she was still willing to see you.
Had you, rather than taking understandable but perhaps shortsighted offence and leaving said, "I understand what you're saying and why, some xyz guys are real assholes," and then gone ahead with the booking and treated her well, you may have ended up with an enjoyable experience with someone who would have welcomed you back.
I don't know, I wasn't there, we only have half the story. I'm just offering a possible alternative POV.
