Yes they do provide a service to us that is with strangers, which is why they try and implement measures to try and weed out the bad punters, similar to how we discuss bad experiences or b&s profiles on this forum.

I wouldn't want to specualte what they are scared of posting and how this could potentially impact them. But there were a handful of them that sent something similar. If a worker cops this amount of flak for telling her side of the discussion I can see how it can put others off.

It's fine for everyone to have there own opinions but sometimes we get a bit heated during a discussion and it turns into a popcorn fest for everyone. Some find it entertaining and others lurk in the shadows potentially shaking the heads at some comments thrown about.

I think you touched on the aspect that has ignited debate resulting in a degree of us and them with some on the thread...the post sounding like a 'lecture' and parties getting defensive. As I have said in a couple of previous comments on this thread it is the BEHAVIOR of the person responsible for the NO SHOW that is in question. And I have seen no one that condones that sort of behavior. And as stated there is probably no one that has not been the recipient of a NO SHOW without the courtesy of prior communication...in all aspects of our lives...and where as the affected party we feel totally pissed off.

I strongly suspect the posters on this thread are not the sort of characters to do a No Show on a WG, afterall some are habitual punters, and this sort of behavior gets them blocked and and put on the WG register of shame. And none of them want that!

Just think what a really interesting, valuable, and respectful discussion we could have all had around the issue of time wasting and how we could minimize it in the sex industry. Well that's what it could have been if someone sensible had actually started the discussion in a balanced, diplomatic, and rational way instead of a emotionally charged provocative rant oozing with misandry. Such a shame, I think we could have come up with some productive ideas. 💩

We can still turn things around, this is an issue for punters and sex workers. And is probably something that will never go away given there can be horrible everywhere and in all industries.

Yes the discussion can get heated and sometimes we say stuff in the moment. I think we all want the best for everyone, there is some good knowledge shared the forum.

The premise of AvaMILF's complaint is what happens AFTER A booking is made. When you go through the process of screening new clients and commit to a booking, then the No-Show (or Ghosting) can happen. Any talk before the booking, on how you feel, or you had a sick day, or basically a 'what-ifs' situation are just semantics and not the issue at hand here.

Really, it all comes down to the level of honesty on both sides of the party. Is it really that hard to send a txt to say the booking is a no go??? Perhaps so out of being shameful or more likely, "I don't care..." - go try this in any other industry and you won't last long.

Look at doctor appointments, if people can't make it, then it's courteous to call reception to cancel it. But for some customers in the SW industry you have a level of disrespect that don't care and feel it's no big deal they have done a no-show because the woman is selling sex and can go on to the next customer. Likewise, in the case of ghosting, the SW feels that there's no need to communicate with a client on a booked time because simply, well they're just another stranger and there's no shortage of others to keep her future booking full.

Turn things around by changing the attitude of both SW and client? I don't think so. Does a popular restaurant have the problem of no-shows on the bookings they've made? No because if someone does not show up, their table goes open to someone standing in line outside. Now why can't the SW do this? Have a call list of clients who can arrive on short notice? She doesn't lose our on potential income and another man is satisfied.
