honestly just adventuring round europe & asia . So far plan is netherlands,croatia then japan & china then back to nz, Malaysia is a option too after china but im waiting to see if my time aligns with a friend of mine who’s visiting malaysia

Man Japan and Croatia will be the top 2 most beautiful countries I have visited. Keen to visit Netherlands at some stage too.
Don't know if it's your first time to Japan but worthwhile for a visit to the red light district, Kabukicho in Shinjuku, even if it's just for a looksy without getting into anything... they do have strict rules with foreigners especially those with tattoos. Malaysia is a completely different story though...

Prostitution is techically illegal in Japan but with lots of grey areas in between which everyone try to exploit. On paper your typical "health" service (providers call it that to avoid legal troubles) only includes shower together, a bit of massage, hj/bj etc. The rest of the "extras" are negotiated in private during the session with the girl. So a bit convoluted without even getting to the language/tattoos/high pricing issues.
I highly recommend doing some research and better if you have a local mate that can guide you through it to avoid dissappointment.

That's probably a good way to look at at it, go with the flow during the big adventure.
In saying that before covid I had a Japanese colleague coming over for a business trip and being a good responsible kiwi host I took him around to see the "other side" of NZ. He was amazed at how open punting was here with so many options/nationality to choose from, all with a relatively affordable pricetag. Sometime we don't know how good we've got down here.

Thats the truth, the country I’m from it’s not illegal to be a WG, but it is illegal to pay for sexual services, so basically the punter is who the police target not the WG. I don’t punt there cause the cops set up fake profiles and sting operations to catch punters, so nope!

Generally it's a good idea to check the local laws before looking for paid sex or avoid it at all. At the end of the day you are in a different country for a different reason probably. You can potentially get in a very hot water, so it's totally not worth it unless unless you are very familiar with the local sex scene.
Saying all that, a couple of years ago I was on a business trip in Vegas. Prostitution is legal in Nevada, but not in Vegas. So with little to no expectations at all I opened Tinder and literally one hour later I had a date with an unbelievably hot 21 years old black girl (yeah, she showed me ID later). Some red flags, anyone?
5 minutes into the date and she asked me if I wanted to go to my room and how much I would compensate her for her troubles. I should have seen that coming, right? Against all better judgement the little had took over, I offered some money and we went to my room. While I was handing the money I was expecting flashing badges, handcuffs, sirens and SWAT team breaking the door. But she just took the money and undressed. Phew, I could breathe again.
Was it worth it? The sex was meeh, questionable hygiene from her side, some more grey hairs on my head... You tell me!
Will I do something like that again. No, thanks! The more I think what could've gone wrong the more I begin to question my life choices.
At the end of the day, all the stress was not worth it at all.
