I know if is still the sex industry but really it comes under entertainment and the film industry extra. He's doing it for the purpose of making porn and he's getting paid to do it as well (by his subscribers). I wasted my time earlier going through the PRA earlier and there was absolutely nothing at all on filming or porn. They'd laugh the prosecutor out of the courtroom if they tried to use the PRA to charge NZDan. Because that entire act was never designed to be applied to the porn industry. And besides he's not the only pornographer in NZ that produces porn in which the ACTORS have unprotected sex. The notion that he's breaking the law having unprotected sex while producing porn is a bit ridiculous to be honest.

P.S. They'd have more luck going after him for parking and driving infringements

Doesn't work. He'd just fall back on having a signed consent form (disregarding any further verbal assurances he might have made).

And those who wrote the charge of 'sedition' into the NZ criminal code originally probably didn't meant it to apply to a guy distributing pamphlets saying the foreshore and seabed legislation was bad, but that didn't stop Tim Selwyn being charged and convicted over it. Instead, it was removed from the law after that happened.

Arrangements where a couple are recording themselves, or two parties are both publishing content on their own platforms without directly exchanging money up front, are a different matter from 'prostitution with extra steps' which is what the saffa is up to.

You invented the set of facts and are now using those to say that more pertinent legislation doesn't apply. I mean it probably doesn't apply but you need to have a interview and a formal statement to understand whether there is a possible charge.

For every 95 people who whinge about the Reddit post and express sympathy with the anonymous poster that could literally be anyone or anything. 5 people subscribe to NZDan's content on fansly. It's win win for him.

That (now deleted) post must have won him at least 20 new subscribers judging by the engagement on it. And probably more since it was shared around to places such as here. Some degen "brokies" and a few white knights would have signed up to see if they can find the "girl" who posted the Reddit thread. That's a minimum of 20 x $50 = $1000. And I'm not even sure if it is NZ$ so if its US$ it will be more. 10 of those subscribers will continue their subscription either willingly or because they forget to cancel. So thats $500 extra each month all from 10mins of work writing a Reddit post.

Kudos to NZDan. Making the brokies more broke. 🤑

Yeah I had to watch several times to figure out if the Mini was indicating or not. It should be been pretty clear though that those parked cars were blocking the left lane coming up and that the Mini would have to move/merge, happens on central Auckland roads all the time. Therefore pretty crazy shit from the Lambo all the same.

Imagine the feeling though, having just had an accident, not really knowing what happened, get out of your car and realise you have hit a fucking Lambo!
