Why are you spending so much time on the PRA when the the complaint would be about sharing and distributing an intimate visual recording?

I know if is still the sex industry but really it comes under entertainment and the film industry extra. He's doing it for the purpose of making porn and he's getting paid to do it as well (by his subscribers). I wasted my time earlier going through the PRA earlier and there was absolutely nothing at all on filming or porn. They'd laugh the prosecutor out of the courtroom if they tried to use the PRA to charge NZDan. Because that entire act was never designed to be applied to the porn industry. And besides he's not the only pornographer in NZ that produces porn in which the ACTORS have unprotected sex. The notion that he's breaking the law having unprotected sex while producing porn is a bit ridiculous to be honest.
Doesn't work. He'd just fall back on having a signed consent form (disregarding any further verbal assurances he might have made).
And those who wrote the charge of 'sedition' into the NZ criminal code originally probably didn't meant it to apply to a guy distributing pamphlets saying the foreshore and seabed legislation was bad, but that didn't stop Tim Selwyn being charged and convicted over it. Instead, it was removed from the law after that happened.
Arrangements where a couple are recording themselves, or two parties are both publishing content on their own platforms without directly exchanging money up front, are a different matter from 'prostitution with extra steps' which is what the saffa is up to.
