Price difference between Asian and Non Asian Providers

I'm interested in your opinions on why there is such a large difference.
In Hamilton most Asians are charging $200 p/h FS, Europeans $350-400 p/h FS.

Is this just simple supply and demand? ie loads of Asians competing with each other and not a lot of Europeans these days post CV19 and the closure of walk in brothels?

A willingness or expectation that Asians work as much as possible while here to maximise $ in a short space of time whilst non Asians choose to do less bookings but at a higher rate?

I'd prefer to see European ladies but in this economy/cost of living crisis it comes down to a "two punts versus one" equation. Also it's` easier to shrug off a bad $200 punt than a $350 one.

There are a variety of things to unpack here. From my observation:

1. There are Asians run by handlers who have low prices and may or may not be the girl in the advert, but the low price means that they get a reasonable volume.
Recently, they seem to be more aggressive in selling upgrades such as "VIP", which adds $100/hour.
Some of these can be great, others not so much.

2. There are older, independent, Asians (often residents) who charge lowish prices ($200) otherwise they could not compete with the first category.

3. There are more upmarket girls, generally younger than the second category, who are charging 220-260 base rate but have a $100 VIP/GFE upgrade that includes kissing, showering together, etc. For example, establishments such as Pillow Talk (Wellington) Stella House (Christchurch) and sometimes independents.

Being older myself, I'm generally quite happy with girls in the second category. Sometimes the first if I know they are genuine.
If there is someone I'm convinced will be good, I'll spash out in the third category, including the upgrade.

Well the solution to go for in that case is to save up for the experience you'd prefer than go for volume.
I'm by no means well paid or wealthy, $200 is a lot for me to spend, as is $350+.
However I'm not particularly attracted to ladies of asian decent in general (obviously there are exceptions).
So if I'm going to spend what amounts to a reasonably decent portion of money that I have available to spend anyway, I'd rather wait a little longer or save a little harder for the experience I would prefer.
It isn't a numbers game, it is a treat, something to savor and enjoy instead of getting there, or being in the middle, or thinking afterward that I'd wished that I'd just saved up and waited a little longer.
Just my philosophy, everyone's mileage may vary.

I agree. As I said, I have some $200 touring Asian regulars who I think are great, but they are that price because they are older and have various limitations (that are not deal breakers for me). On the plus side, they are residents, so are easy to converse with.

When I feel a good connection, it's worth it for me to pay the $300-350 (base + VIP/GFE) price (less often) for a mindblowing session.

I hear what you're saying but not a lot of choice where I am for Euro ladies apart from a certain place I've had less than ideal experiences in (as referenced in the 1 hour=40 minutes thread).
