Definately abit of a collusion happening. But they can argue that expenses, cost of living, or rent have increased too thus having to raise prices. You can still price yourself out of the market, like fine dining restaurant, and be forced to shut shop. Then there is always the dependable mrs palmer hahaha
And South Americans, but unfortunately we're not seeing the golden years now like a decade ago.
