I recently had a punt at what turned out to be the new Apartment location. I was asked in the ad to text my name, age, and the time/length of the booking. WTF age? Worried I might be too young? Or access considerations for the walker? So I gave my age in SW currency... I loved being in my 50s again!

Sorry, maybe I have given the wrong impression. I am not blaming my skin color but I clearly see the MAIN issues with my situation as....AGE and FOREIGNER.
I have been to countless dating apps, from Tinder, OKCupid, Hinge, Boo, Bumble, etc.. If I put my real age there with a current photo, I may be lucky to get 1 person more or less interested every 2 months. I have tried posting a younger picture of myself and listing my age as 45, and I've received a couple of interested women per week.
As I said, kiwi women seem to prefer men who follow the kiwi culture.
Maoris and Polynesians prefer people from their own culture. They are not much interested in dealing with someone from a foreign country.
I have been out with women from many nationalities, Russian, Dutch, English, Scottish, French, American, white Zimbabwean, white South Africans, etc.. (I am not into Asians, Indians, Middle East / Arabic, Africans). While some of them are more open, others are not that keen on dating a foreign older man.
Regarding age, I have met a few 20'something....all interested in money. A few 35 / 38, a bit lost in life....and several 40+ , 50+ and one of them was 1 year older than me. Nothing. They felt very uncomfortable when I said I was still renting a house.
No worries. I know that this is life, and I am not expecting an easy ride.

Dating apps are garbage. 5% of the women are freestyling or just want validation from the attention and have no intention of dating. The other 95% go for the top 5% of men, who are playerz, not keepers. The other 95% of men get little interest. For both genders, the 95% are dissatisfied. N.B. Some of these statistics may have been made up on the spot.

All the cool catz are saying to join a gardening group instead (or whatever floats your boat - you can't fake the hobby), but the idea is just to hang around people with a shared interest already.

I have been punting since I was in my early twenties. I have punted while in relationships and while being married with kids.

Realistically I am a 3 or 4/10 looks wise. I have dated women well out of my league and it was bloody hard work. It's nice to get balls deep into a 9/10 or 10/10 girl without any effort or drama. Like renting a nice car/boat or Air BnB for the weekend.

Have you tried overseas? Plenty of fish. It was sad to hear you writing that it's the end of the line for you....
 
I think some working girls, usually the very young ones, don't like to see men if they are on then more older side. Some of them also refuse to see them if they are too young as in under 25, which I think may be because the girls are students and don't want any potentiel bookings with students at their institution. It may also he a cultural thing.

I understand this, but as I surround myself with younger people (with uteruses), have never had a job, leave all the grown-up stuff to my PA to deal with: I forget how fucking old I’ve become. But I’ve never noticed any looks of horror on the lady’s face when they first see me, and I’m pretty good at body language stuff. Mind you, we see what we want to see sometimes.
 
the majority of women are fucked in the head these days from social influences and false expectations.
I blame woke ideology and the whole feminism movement.

Focus on making yourself fucking rich and watch out for gold digging hoes.

Fuck a whore every now and then when you haven’t been laid in a while socially but only do this when you can afford it and have some spare cash.

Never ever date a woman with kids .. especially a mud shark.

I don't know what life has thrown at some of you guys but I can categorically state that there's some terrible dating advice on here.
I'm no Brad Pitt but have a few talents, I guess. I have done fine in the relationship side.
I punt because I love sex and variety.

Dating a solo mum can give you some of the most mind-blowing sex in your life, far better than some entitled younger chic who is scared about messing up her $350 hair.
