Sounds very similar to the experience i had at refresh except only hj offered, nude=topless and lots of ph use by her during attempted massage.

I went there a few times years ago. Really good massage but no hint of extras. Also the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling so you can hear what is going on in the next booth.
They also had a note on the door a while back saying "no erotic". Times change though so still worth asking.
