I'm new to this world but have enquired at Keysong and they have confirmed I can request a specific therapist. I've seen mixed comments but my current understanding is that I should be asking for Lyla or Paris? I'm a little unsure of the protocol, and many comments suggest it's not offered to everyone. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Keen to not mess up my first time!

Yes, do a search. There are a couple of threads specifically about keysong.

Also their website has photos of all the staff.

It seems Chanel is the only one who doesn't offer extras.
