Recommendation for legit massage place with young girls

Was in the area so I visited Malai Thai today. Had a 1hr massage with Katie. The massage was great, but was very by-the-book, with careful draping to make sure she stayed away from my private areas.
After a while when I was flipped over, I asked about a HJ. She didnt hesitate and ended up doing it. However her technique could be described as having no technique. It was just very fast strokes didnt really feel great.
Could touch over clothes, but wouldnt take them off. Eventually was able to finish however.
Ended up with a $85 massage +
$70 HJ. Pretty pricey!
