It’s relatively discrete. Two buildings: one entrance is down an alleyway past a doctor’s surgery. The other entrance is a non-descript office looking door next to Movenpick.

No one would suspect a thing unless they knew what Debs was and where it is. Ultimately, no one really gives a fuck either.
 
I have generally never worried much about discreteness. As people have mentioned most don't really care what others are up to as they have other things on their mind to worry about strangers walking around.

Maybe worrying about being discrete could make it worse?

I've just come from a visit there myself today. Met up with Holly again. Awesome as usual.

You have two excellent options when approaching Debs regarding discretion. You can affect a limp/cough or otherwise make out you’re going to the doctors; or you can get over yourself – no one really gives a fuck about where you’re going!

Not Deb per se but I like a bit of stare and smirk to potential punters when I visit agencies (the area around Cross street comes to mind) just to see how uncomfortable they can become lol A few of them actually smile and gave me a nod back and you instantly knew they are probably Sexforum users 🤣 May go for an ice cream at that Movenpick next time to watch people.
