Besides doing the obvious and checking the pics, my general rule of thumb is to presume that any tits listed as D or larger are fake. Because agencies/ads are usually at such pains to state 'n*t*ral D cup bust' etc when applicable. Therefore anytime they leave that 'n*t*ral' specification off the big titties I assume fake.

She definitely has a mum tum, that's the only downside I would say.
