I detect a slight wiff of sarcasm. Lol

That said, nothing wrong with being concerned about things.

What I would say to the OP is that there are no 100% guarantees in life, so nothing said on here is going to create that gaurantee.
So if you are unsure and unwilling to take the risk, you are better to stick with what you are more comfortable with. :)

To the OP,
I can't add much more that hasn't already been said but for what it's worth I'd say you're correct in that so long as you go to a reputable establishment (or a reputable indy) then the risk profile is a lot lower than in the general public.
The ladies do test regularly and are good at using condoms not just for sex but for BJs, although interestingly DATY is very rarely covered... personally I used to think that was fine but with what seems like a big increase in the last few years of ladies offering "V.I.P" services* (bbbj, I avoid any lady who advertises it) I'm thinking more and more of avoiding kissing and/or DATY in order to compensate for the increased risk profile which is a pity as I love doing both, although to be fair these days I usually punt at the cheaper end of the scale where such extras are more common, so that's on me.
FWIW in the 8 years I've been punting (including 2 high risk situations) all STI tests have been cleared.

* I know "V.I.P" doesn't exclusively mean bbbj but more often than not it does, so I assume any lady who advertises that extra is offering bbbj unless explicitly stated otherwise.

My thoughts are is you can take every precaution in the books. You can even get married and stick with the one woman but there's no guarantee that woman won't go have an affair, catch an STI and hand it on to you.

I've been visiting SWers off and on for over 20 years now and never caught anything. I think my preferences are now with reputable agencies because they usually expect their girls to have regular check ups.
