HPV was the main concern when the legislation was drafted - largely addressed through the vaccine nowadays. Fingering and kissing are technically higher risk for some infections as sores aren’t as obvious. Hep C requires blood to blood contact so infection through oral is very unlikely.

had a bad experience with isabella, she was considerably older than the advertisied 18, and had gained some weight since pics, during the meeting she seemed very uninterested and the whole experience seemed forced

I saw Kendall not in late June/early July. Pics were fairly accurate though is say she early 20s. Few tattoos and no idea if she speaks french.
