Keep in mind : truth and or "honest opinion" is a complete defence to any defamation claim.

If you have been doing bad stuff in an industry which has young and (mostly) vulnerable girls involved (and these two agencies SL and SC specifically target and recruit girls that are "fresh meat" ie new to the industry) -, you deserve to be called out and can't hide behind baseless pseudo legal threats.

@Scarlett__03 you are entitled to file a complaint - doesn't mean a crime has been committed. Also, if you see communication on this: everything has been presented accurately stating the "alleged" accusations. People in this industry are entitled to know how industry players are acting and if they are doing bad things, people should be aware of it. If they aren't - you guys have nothing to worry about.

Sweetheart an online DCA complaint means nothing. Anyone can file this.

But if you guys have been hiring underage girls, I'm pretty sure that is something NZP will be particularly interested in (and that case file number may come back to haunt you)....

Babe, I was not fired.
You and your freak boyfriend literally hired a mystery shopper to book me and find things out about me.
That night I LEFT I had already packed my things and had a new place I was going to after the booking. Your mystery shopper said he loved me and wanted to book me again so I told him the truth that I was actually leaving that night and to just message my number if he wants.
He told you guys what I said and Shaun had a huge fit and told me to leave right away, wouldn't class that as me being fired because I was already on my way out x

Just here to say I believe what Lyla’s saying — her experience lines up with what a lot of other girls have said over time. It’s not just one person speaking up, it’s a pattern, and people are finally starting to connect the dots.

And let’s be real, of course Scarlett’s going to defend SL. She’s literally the boss’s girlfriend. When you’re that close to the top, you’re not going to see (or admit) the same things the rest of the girls go through. Her experience isn’t the same — and it’s in her interest to keep things looking good.

Not every voice comes from the same place, and that matters when you’re trying to figure out what’s really going on.

Think about it for a second—

If there were any truth to the allegations, do you really think we’d report Lyla and the others to the police ourselves? That would open us up to legal exposure. But we did report it—because the claims are completely false and defamatory.

The reality is this: four or five girls who were fired, trespassed, and removed from the agency are now trying to discredit us out of spite. They’ve twisted facts and fabricated stories because they weren’t allowed to have their way. This is not gossip—it’s a coordinated attempt to cause harm. What they’re doing is illegal.

In New Zealand, posting false and defamatory statements online is a criminal offence. The police are now investigating under Crimes Act sections 240–244, and Lyla and others involved are being sought for questioning. They may face up to two years' imprisonment, along with civil liability for digital harm, privacy breaches, and harassment.

Meanwhile, over 40 women currently work with us—and they’re all rallying in support of the agency. That speaks volumes.

For anyone still unsure:

Yes, we do accept girls aged 18 and older, like every agency in New Zealand. Some of these women are already seeing sugar daddies or navigating harmful situations on their own. We offer a structured, obligation-free trial, detailed information on the work, and clear protections in our terms—not contracts locking them in.

Every agency faces attempts by underage girls trying to sneak in with fake or missing ID. We require physical documents—no exceptions. If someone commits fraud, the responsibility lies with them, not us for catching it.

We’re also the only agency with:
• Mental health checks
• Strict limits on working hours for the mental and physical wellbeing of the girls
• Zero tolerance for drug use
• A support network that includes legal help, university celebrations, and real, personal support.

The few who were removed? They came back trying to work again—and were told no.

You’re welcome to ask any of our current girls how they feel about the agency. Their loyalty and trust should tell you everything.

Finally—don’t confuse hearsay or a bitter DM with facts.

If even a grain of truth existed in these claims, we wouldn’t be the ones involving police and courts immediately.

So ask yourself: what’s more likely—the word of four fired, angry individuals? Or the voice of an entire agency and the 40+ women standing behind it?

Not gonna lie, this whole post reeks of panic. Nobody writes paragraphs like that unless they’re trying to cover their own ass. All these threats about police and prison time? Come on. If it was really all lies, you’d let it blow over — not go full damage control in public.

Girls don’t just make up the same stories over and over for no reason. And calling every single one of them “bitter” just makes you look guilty. I’ve been around long enough to know girls come and go fast from SL, and it’s not always because they’re “causing drama.” Sometimes they’re just done with the bullshit.

If everything’s as above board as you say, you wouldn’t need to defend it this hard.

@Scarlett__03 the allegations against you guys have been presented as just that - allegations. From my personal experience I had never heard anything along those lines about SL.

But SC, I have heard alot of things in the sugar scene about a "rapey indian guy Caleb" directly from my sugar girls. A girl who I was very friendly with was the victim of a serious sex crime almost ten years ago, and I always wondered who this was - and have just now reason to believe it was SC Caleb...

Nothing on google to suggest any wrong doing which you would expect about SL .
The bottom part of the accusation sounded like a Sugar Daddy arrangement between him and his workers as well if he pays them. If something did happen many years ago maybe he has cleaned up his act As mentioned I have never seen evidence of underaged girls since my visits started at Beach Rd , Vic Park and the one off Victoria West . Scarlett can probably confirm the year they were there at Beach Rd . I banged Holly and another girl there cant remember her name

As for the management structure of the company while I appreciate you trying to be transparent: Are you in a relationship with the boss?

I’ve been told by several girls that you over the years that and your male partner are both in charge, If you’re aiming to be transparent, then why not simply confirm or deny that?

For what it’s worth, I’ve met a number of SL girls. Politics aside, they’ve all been lovely, yes, often quite fresh and inexperienced, but generally eager to please. That said, I’ve also noticed that turnover is high. Most of the current roster this week seems to be entirely brand new, so the idea of “talking to loyal girls” feels a bit misleading when no one appears to stay very long.
