This sounds like an employer/employee relationship that's poorly disguised as a contractor agreement. The difference is important as employees have protections and entitlements which don't apply to contractors.

To be fair, one of the lead critics of SL is @Lyla and she doesn't exactly have a reputation for enthusiastic GFE...
