Review She was VERY Angry 166 Riccarton - Sue

I would suggest reading section 128A of the crimes act 1961 and the surrounding sections.

Per the government community law website -
‘In all cases of sexual harm, lack of consent is part of the offence. You don’t give consent unless you agree to the activity. If you initially agree to the activity, then change your mind and say no or indicate in any way that you want it to stop, you are “withdrawing” your consent, and the activity should stop.’

‘You also don’t give consent if you are mistaken about who the other person is, or what the activity will be. For example, if you agree to oral sex, that doesn’t mean you consent to other kinds of sex or sexual acts.’

- or in this example just because she agreed to have sex, unless it was explicitly discussed (which it wasn’t) then she did not consent to COB or COF and from your description of your encounter it sounds pretty obvious that she did not consent to COB in addition to actively conveying she did not consent through her actions (in your own words - in my attempt to spray my cum all over her, she was like WTF??? She quickly grabbed the wet wipes and tried to cover my cock as I was stroking it.The look on her face was like "I HATE YOU!" and because she could not say the words in English to me of her anger, the best she did was that strong glare of her eyes and face at me). I think she conveyed her discomfort and lack of consent in that situation very clearly.

If it is not consensual then it is classed as Sexual assault.

If you’re unaware of the laws surrounding SA and consent - as well as what consent is and what it means - then I’d advise brushing up on it before you end up in hot water. I would say you’ve been very lucky in your encounters so far that the worst you’ve experienced is a light kick in the leg and being glared at. One day you’re not going to be so lucky.

Another website which breaks down consent and the laws around it is bodysafe . Nz or healthify . Nz
