You have several options
1 Asian SM
1a Asian Massage shop - not really SM more a massage with extras, (many are not on a table / a few are legit but not my cup of tea, so others can give example names)
1b Asian SM at the cheap end - likely B/S and very variable quality - check the bait and switch thread for obvious no-go and do a google image search to weed out obvious bad ones
2 very high priced but beautiful ladies at bedroom or funhouse - great options but not in my price range (300+) for SM
3 independents at “the apartment” - several great options there in the 250ish range - only issue is that they don’t have anyone coordinating bookings so you need to ask each separately - highly suggested eg Max, Flyn, etc
4 other independents that are amazing include Amanda Jameson, Nikita Fox, etc - in the 250ish range - and also do combination SM/sex for a bit more
5. Pillow talk, escape, 1nightstands and Paris all offer affordable full service ladies who also do massage - their photos are legit so no risk and some ladies are pretty hot, but the massage is usually on a bed (except I think Paris sometimes) - p/t has a table downstairs but not usually in play

Of all of those options Flyn, Nakita Fox, and Amanda Jameson are my top 3
A nice summary, however I would split your para 1 into two:
1a Asian Massage shop - not really SM more a massage with extras, and then
1b Asian SM at the cheap end - likely B/S and very variable quality
It's a pity that, unlike Auckland, we don't have any specialist SM establishments unfortunately

Can’t go past Maya and Shanti. Genuine SM and wonderful women.
Yup, I was at an Asian R&T recently and after about 30 mins was thinking well this is crap, for about $30 more could be getting the Shanti or Maya experience
