Punters with that mindset will also very likely have that same mindset for most other things. Look for the cheap options, expect top quality and complain when they don't get it, that is assuming they could even recognise what top quality was in the first place.

A smarter purchasing behaviour might be to go for the mid range option with a proven reputation, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Pay more, get a higher quality product or service that provides a better and more consistent experience. Value.
