Every other day Spam . It's making the site tedious to use. Now simpsville doesn't have that problem. It's been going on for months here. The thought crossed my mine this site my be complicit. If not do something about it.

When it's the "new thread" type of spam you can deal with it as hitting Ignore on the offender just gets rid of those new threads. However, like today when they spam existing threads it really does fuck up the user experience as the mutiple posts in existing threads destroy both the chronology and the current relevance.
It really has to have something done about it and I would suggest @Agent47 needs to put some pressure on the existing owner to get it sorted before he takes over.

Yes it is very annoying and the issued does need to be resolved. Agent 47 has voiced their opinion that it needs to be fixed whether that is through a change in set up for new members or mods being active and tidying the spam up.

I'm not sure how long the process will take before the sale can be completed. Sex forum admin has admitted that they are no longer passionate about the project. This might be the reason why they went quiet and has agreed on the the sale. They have other issues to resolve before the sale can be completed. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Why do you think they might be complicit? I think the spam was around for a while. When sex forum was active they tried making changes which worked short term. But now it does not seem to be working at all.
