She changed her number earlier in the year but was still working. I noticed her disappearing from the website but Sonya appeared, who looks a lot like Alana. They don’t have a phone number for Sonya on the site and when I contacted apartment to see if they could provide it, they didn’t bother to respond.

If memory serves, it's around the same time last year when she took time off. So I'm not too surprised she's away. I'd wait until at least January to speculate if she's gone / retired
