Lerkin, you are still off track, and missing the distinction between a publication aimed at inducing sexual arousal/gratification, and an escort listing available services.

Have a look at the ‘Doll House’ website and see how many profiles list ‘water sports’ as ‘extras’. Do you really think these women and that organisation - not to mention others - would be openly flouting the law?

It is certainly complicated and I'm not a lawyer but I think he may be right. The law changed in 2021

In any case it is probably sensible for a commercial operation to err on the side of caution.

The legislation, to which you are referring, proscribes the activity in the context of published visual material - so porn depicting urine/urination, may be deemed indecent.

Extending your logic would make the advertising of ‘squirting’ unlawful as - particularly with high volume squirters - the ejected fluid is predominantly urine.
