Consent can be withdrawn at any time paid whether a service was paid for or not. there can be many reasons for this and I suspect we haven't heard the full reason here. If he paid to touch her boobs and he was pawing and grabbing at them, of course he would not expect a refund. the fact is you just don't know.

I never said anything about non verbal agreements I said non verbal consent. Go and do a google search. If you do not know what I mean by a blanket consent then I can not really help.

Overwhelmingly though, your "But the guy PAID FOR IT ! " statement really shows you have no fucking idea about consent.

No. He didn't.

That is a really really important point of legal fact. He paid for the opportunity to do it with her consent but, as Mackem points out, she has the legal right to say no or stop at any point for any reason.

You might say that is one-sided and I'd agree with you. But it is deliberately and sensibly one sided, and it is the law.

If the service is not provided because of something that he did wrong (such as "handling her too hard"), which is almost always the case, then there is no way any refund is appropriate.
