If happened to me would never return as the inherent trust between client and provider is broken.
 
Mate sounds like you had a rough one, I've always had great experiences there and it sounds like the manager on duty did the best she could but maybe it's time for a bit of an intervention over there.

If there's one thing I'll say though, please don't go to the police like some others are suggesting, if the poor girl is at rock bottom that will only make things worse. The scrape she gave you will heal but getting police involved is permanent and will likely send her down an even worse path, plus any court stuff could be uncomfortable for you to explain to your missus 😉
 
That’s an awful experience in a situation where trust in each other is Paramount. C&F definitely need to step up with a refund or free session. If they don’t another SM has got your business and they’ve lost heaps financially and reputationally. If it were my business you should have had several follow up messages by now, a full refund, option of a no cost Or severely discounted session and including a formal apology.
Take few days off and then get back in the saddle even if only for a short session. Breathe and Good luck.

As an aside, be good business for another operator to make an offer and get a potential long term client.
 
This reminds me of a shakedown one my overseas friends told me about. They finish the booking and she takes the condom to the bath room. This is standard as the bin is next to the toilet and other SWs do this.

She comes back and says she's putting the cum inside her and calling the police alleging rape if he doesn't pay her mega bucks. He was shook and paid her in full. Hope you're all good but it could certainly have been a worse experience. Psychos out there.

I suppose if the manager was there the girl would never do it, was told all the girls there are kinda afraid of the manager (Crystal?), but the manager herself seems to always be in a mood lately at some point it's so hard to make a booking through her. The receptionist (I belive is Michelle) has been helpful and from what you described it might be her, but I don't think she can manage the other girl. There seems to be a lot going on at C&F at the moment and it's sad but this is really damaging their reputation.
 
I am a calm, polite, respectful guy, but I still had an experience like that. Only once in 1000s of punts though. Here are my notes:

Ill tempered, would not do missionary, would not give a handjob. Asked her for the lube, but she would not give it to me. So I grabbed it off her. Went berserk, scratched my finger, yelled that she would call police. As I left I she pummelled me on the back.

I ran all the way to my car as I was scared she would call the police! She was Asian.

There Etiquette & Consent guidelines which clearly haven't been met. The strangest thing they have in the guidelines is an Asshole Tax which only applies to clients . This experience indicates it should also apply to the provider

Guys, it ain't a police matter. At best it's a breach of contract ,which is a civil case.

Shouldn't have paid the score, just walked out noting your complaint to the receptionist and write to the management (and post on here as you did). Name and shaming is often the best response.

Hopefully Crystals management will come on and provide a professional response.....
 
The establishment should refund the amount if anything and make up for it. If this was an on going issue and nothing was done beforehand it is embarrassing. Imagine a guy forcefully touching a sw! The uproar will be outrageous

Completely different situation, and SW face violence and intimidation at work all the time and the police don't exactly have a reputation for helping.

End of the day it was a little scratch and you could get worse from a minor household accident, if you— as an adult man, need to get the police involved over something so minor then you may as well put on a cotton wool suit and change your name to snowflake.
