Review WARNING: Traumatic Experience at Crystal and Friends – Nightmare Became Reality

deleted original comment.
Everything that can be said here has been said. IMHO

I wonder if theres some bad blood between the girls who left crystals to work at TA, some new members here are really trying to shit on C&F over one bad booking. Im not condoning Samaras behaviour at all, she should definitely get the sack. But theres plenty of other genuine girls that work at C&F and the whole establishment shouldnt be judged over one bad egg.

In saying that i do think punting comes with its risks, one of them is dealing with unhinged drunk/high SWers, ive had my fair share of bad experiences although nothing this serious

Agreed, its kinda sad that one name is dragging all the other girls down as well. Not fair on the other girls, theres one main problem that made Samara act out of hand and thats Drinking.

Do the other girls at CF drink on the job? No. Had more and many of them drunk on the job, thatd be a different story.

This the first act out I've heard from the crystal establishment.

As for the whole "touching is extra" argument i think its clear that some girls allow touching to be included with price and others do not. To avoid any surpises and hassle, simply just ask, either in person or best via email.

She's probably heard about it but probably doesn't want to engage. She didn't really receive a warm welcome last time she was on here which was ages ago when it was much wilder. :ROFLMAO:

Reading the original post again from a more rational perspective. One thing I noticed about Crystal's is that touching is not included in the base rate. And their website mentions absolutely nothing about touching and whether it is included or not. I guess they just leave it up to the girls. Whereas most other Kiwi run agencies allow (light and respectful) touching of the masseuses in the base rate - Debonairs, Le Belle De Luxe, Perfect Touch, and Sensual Relax all do this. The only other places I know that make you pay extra are Asian run shops, but you expect them to milk the extras as their base rates are cheaper. So I guess there could be some confusion as to whether it is included or not. Although the one time I went the masseuse blocked me from touching her and let me know it would be extra, so there was no confusion on my part going forward. The other stuff is pretty unprofessional on part of the masseuse. But I am sure there is a second side of the story which we probably wont read on here. Also it is only one girl at Crystal's and I'm sure the other girls are more professional so it would be unfair to boycott the place.

That said, I swear if Crystal actually enforced the touching thing to match the other agencies and actually used professional photos on their website they would triple their earnings - the business and the girls.

every session at crystals ive had included touching excluding between the legs..

but i do agree it should 100% be included in every SM booking at no extra charge, if that wasnt the case for you id be rightfully annoyed as well.

I actually kind of prefer these amateur style photos, I feel like its more honest advertising, without all the crazy editing and angles.

Some agencies take the editing too far or flat out using other girls photos, you might get more new people in the door but you wont get the repeat business as you lose the punters trust

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and discussed this situation with kindness and respect. Your encouragement has meant a lot. I wasn’t active earlier because, honestly, I didn’t have the courage to come back to the forum while I was dealing with the trauma from what happened — but I do believe you all deserve an update.

I submitted a full statement to the manager of Crystal and Friends. After two days with no response, I followed up with a phone call. Crystal answered and apologised for the behaviour of the therapist. She acknowledged that I came expecting a good time and left with a terrible experience. She offered me a refund — either via bank transfer, store credit, or in-person pickup at the parlour.

I told her that while I appreciated the refund, my concern wasn’t about the money. It was about being blackmailed, physically scratched, and falsely accused. I asked what measures they were going to take to ensure this wouldn’t happen again.

Her response was:

I replied: “I do understand that — but that’s not an answer to my question.”
I then asked, “If a client had done this to your therapist — tried to blackmail or harm her — what would you have done?”

Her reply was:

I responded, “Maybe, — If not firing the solution then I’m asking what accountability or safeguards you’re going to put in place.”

She continued to say:

I reminded her that the receptionist was there and handled the situation professionally. But she kept repeating, “I wasn’t there, so I can’t comment.”
At that point, it was clear I wasn’t going to get a real answer, so I ended the call and later sent a message asking to process the refund.

The next day, I went to meet Crystal in person, collected the refund, and again raised my concerns. She apologised again and said they would now be limiting alcohol at the parlour. However, she confirmed that no staff member is being removed.

I’m sharing this update not out of anger, but out of transparency. What happened to me was deeply disturbing, and while I appreciate the apology and the refund, it’s not enough. There is a serious lack of accountability and safety protocols at Crystal and Friends, and until that changes, I won’t be returning.
I’ve made the personal decision to boycott the business, and while I’m not telling others what to do, I strongly urge everyone to think twice and be cautious. Just because this happened to me doesn’t mean it will happen to you — but the way management chose to handle it should concern anyone.

I've been told by a girl I booked there on Thursday that there is no alcoholic in the premises due to what happened and that the girl has been stood down for a short period and will he returning as a sober worker.
