I’ve found a way to both punt regularly and also not nutting for a while. Allow me to elaborate. Part of the pleasure of the lifestyle is new notches; I think of each one as a a novel experience and as a possible plate or pearl for dependable service or further possibilities. If I can tell that a new punt is going to be a neutral or negative experience I get what I can from the event but don’t waste a nut. That’s right, I pretend to come and leave. I find it invigorating (rather than leaving with buyer’s remorse). I leave with a notch, a novel experience and a throbbing boner and high libido; the excited feeling lasts some hours and another lucky lady may be the beneficiary tomorrow (once in a while even later the same day). Tantra is right, the energy grows. My experience for what it’s worth.

I forgot to say I always shave my balls before hand and around my shaft. And trim my pubes if they are long.
 
Only one punt in last 15+ years. Last week. But fo sho I was Mr Hygiene, twice daily floss, fussy shaving and trimming through ass hair washing.

Abstinence for 2 days (daily wang danger so it would probably eat my sanity beyond that, plus made the mistake of appetite building by reviewing goon pics of upcoming fuck session with Rose and Sasha, petite young redhead goddesses).

My prep also included squirreling cash - wife will be pissed but hey 18 years worth of shoes vs 1 hour of man heaven, let the cosmos be the judge.

Most important for the punt to be successful is taking the right amount of cash and the more for extras that are offered. Nothing will happen if you don’t bring the cash gents.

No heavy workouts the day before
No heavy meals beforehand
The pills take about 30 to 60 minutes to get into your system. If it’s been a couple of hours since you last ate consider that an empty stomach. Pills will work faster. So if you tend to pop early take the pill maybe 5-10 min before booking and you should be good to go for a second after 30 min into the booking. Note this depends quite heavily on the lust you feel for the lady. No amount of whale watching will get me to pop a second time 🤢
Note If she’s good or you’re returning after a break you may not need to pill.
 
I use to have a booking about 2 hours before the main provider, usually go for some Asian one for 30 minutes finish up pretty quick and go to the pub for a couple of beers while I try and sort out the time with my main punt.
Seemed to work for me and able to last pretty good on the second round
 
Like others, shower, thoroughly clean cock, balls and especially ass. Mouthwash, floss, brush teeth. Shave, including downstairs, fresh clothes, blue pill. Deodorant.
