Forgive my ignorance.
Just curious if one gets caught seeing escorts, and they've got assets and a wife and kids?
Does the law give the wife all the assets? Or is it just a divorce with negotiations ?

And no, I'm not in this in this situation but I'm just cognizant with my increased bookings, I could be exposing myself. Considering stopping altogether, out of fear of losing all my shit.

Apparently NZ has a no fault divorce system. So even if I was proven to be seeing escorts, it does not direct impact the division of assets.

I'd be interested in others experience in this!
 
No fault divorce and division of relationship property are two different things. No fault divorce basically means that you don't have to prove fault or a relationship breakdown to get a divorce.

Division of relationship property isn't always as simple as split down the middle especially in cases where there are children involved or situations where one party has more resources and/or stronger career prospects. Pre nups can be set aside sometimes.

There are areas where the judge has to exercise discretion. Cheating probably won't help your side in these situations. Seek legal advice if you're concerned.

Naaaa..... Coitus interruptus is not necessary for her to start the ball rolling.

I friend of the mrs seeing you going into a parlour - or a strange house - is enough for her to be convinced.
Forgetting to delete booking texts is enough.
Even searching escorts and forgetting to go Incognito is going to create enough suspicion that she will make you guilty by association.

I use a different phone with a different sim. Also, I use the Brave browser with history disabled and "clear all" setting ON when exiting browser. And to top it all off, I never bring that phone home and it stays at my another divorced punter's home 😂. Hope he doesn't sell his house and move far 😅
