When was your first punt?
1994 thai at an Auckland brothel. It was great. After that only punted occasionally. I started punting on a weekly basis from 2006.
The uptick was driven by a change in circumstances.
It takes a while to learn the ropes so as to minimize the chances of sub par punts.
 
Last March was my first time and just like you I went crazy for awhile LOL, Im slowed down now as my bank was slowly getting lower and lower. I’m in my early 30’s and was wondering the same myself, Some people spend money travelling some people spend it on girls way out of their league
 
Also a relative newbie to the punting scene. Had my first punt in early 2021 and now average maybe 1 punt a fortnight.

Like others, I probably need to cut down the frequency as my bank balance is sinking like a stone haha.

Went to K5 Relax once not a bad place at all. Bit of a club scene with ladies hanging around booths no hustle just request to talk whoever takes your fancy . Choose a Bulgarian lady good GFE. More expensive than other options in Prague , so never went back not sure if still operating . Sounds like @SheSaidWhat had a more superior booking .

I visited roughly 20 years ago.

Prague was still a bit post-Soviet and grim in places. A favored destination with Brits on bachelor's weekends away. You could get package deals where the room rate at a reasonable hotel worked out at 5 quid a night.

K5 I think has closed. When I visited I remember it was on a number of floors. Took the lift that you could barely move around in along with a couple of Brits (no discretion, lol, but it was a sex club after all) to a bar/club. The tabletops had monitors/screens that allowed you to scroll through the girls who were working. You selected who you wanted to spend time with, and out they came, from memory. I ended up spending an hour with a business studies student (well, that's what she told me) who looked like Sylvia Saint. As you can imagine I didn't last long 😂. But my lord they were all absolutely gorgeous ... I was like a deer in headlights.

Yes, wasn't cheap. The equivalent of NZD$400 per hour.

You got a complimentary lift back to your hotel; in my case it was in a late model black Merc with a guy who looked a little too Mafia-like to be honest. I had no idea where we were going but he got me back to my hotel safely.

I am not who I was then. Don't think I would do that again. It was all very professionally done, but left me feeling a bit ... uneasy.
 
It would have been about 2004. The building doesn't exist anymore so I dont think I'm doxxing anyone, but it was on George St, off the city end of Dominion Rd, in a shitty flat. A Thai lady in her 40s who advertised in The Truth (remember that rag). The girl who answered the door was younger and quite cute, but unfortunately not the girl I'd get to go with. Oh well. Deed done in about 15 mins. Drove away with a certain feeling of self disgust. Obviously not strong enough to stop me doing it again. And again.
 
For me it was when shortly after sex work became decriminalized, just happened to be the right time. Started hitting the old Mustangs Gentlemans Club in Albany.

LMAO at the old boys who started when it was still illegal. Having to be all cloak and dagger and creeping into the secret brothel keeping ad shit. Did you have to do a secret knock on the door so they knew you wasn't a cop?

Not cloak and dagger but clients and workers were more on edge than they are now, can still experience this by punting in Adelaide which is even more repressive than NZ was back then . During those times got asked twice if was an undercover cop. The industry moved faster than the law late pre-PRA the emergence of all inclusive Rap parlours took over from the old school entry price brothels .
