This is going to be terribly ignorant on my behalf, but the pay is per booking right? I’ve had a girl tell me that she makes $100ph which sounded like a lot, but I’m assuming that’s actually per booking. Say if a girl is there for 6 hours and doesn’t get booked, does she get paid anything from the agency?
Will be per booking for sure, no chance they are getting a $100 per hour when they're not in the room.
Someone might correct me, but masseuses are almost definitely independent contractors, or on piece meal casual contracts, so no bookings means no money

Don't know where you got the idea extras are tax free mate. Girls get paid cash from the booking and the extras. If they want to spend it in a mostly cashless economy they have to bank it, and banks have pretty strict regulations on reporting cash deposits.
One of my regulars mentioned that she does it because she needs part time work that can be flexible at a moments notice. Not many part time gigs will let you decide of you're working on a day-by-day basis. When you consider that, I doubt $200 an hour works out to untold riches.
$200 per hour is roughly 6 times the median hourly earning in New Zealand ($33.56 as of the June 2024 quarter). Maybe not untold riches but nothing to sneeze at either.

It's still not enough to get butt hurt over rates. Its frustrating when the girl you're drooling over is out of your price point, but the way some of you whinge about it you'd think they're out to get you personally. Remeber they pay tax and have expenses. A lot are probably paying GST as well.
The nature of the job requires a decent profit margin to be worth doing. If they weren't getting bookings at their current rate, they'd drop their prices or find another job. That they're still in business suggests they're profitable enough to keep their current rates. Hell, I've seen a few that have put theirs up.
I haven't seen anybody getting butt hurt or saying prices should go down, just that the pay rate isn't as bad as some people up thread have made them out to be.

I feel for the working girls, they should be getting paid well to put up with punters. Some days i don't even want to talk to any people lol
Also i think the hourly rate around $180 for SM should be the standard as its affordable leaves abit of room to get some extras. Otherwise $250 an hour is on the high side, plus $100 extra then might as well go get a FS GFE with 2 shots.
The HJ skill some of these girls have is better than CBJ
