Seems to me just a high-turnover business/recruitment model. Be good to hear from the SW experts, and it may just be who I've seen, but my impression is it's set up as just a great way to earn $$ on side for women who prob have a lot of other options. Some are very smart. All have great EQ and social skills. And look amazing, which doesn't hurt. Lots earning potential elsewhere - so comes a point where they hit their limit.

The roster will always change. A few years back it was huge. Girls come go and then come back. I’m pretty sure Zara is or was at AA. I remember Faye left and then came back. Naomi and Gia worked out the Apartment I believe. One thing that would help is if they got the profiles of the new girls up a little bit quicker even if they are just selfie photos. I can see there are a few new profiles on the page.
Definitely could benefit from getting a couple of pictures up quickly from the newer girls - like you say a quick selfie would be easy to do and be a useful placeholder while they sort out a proper shoot.
Some quick info about their vital stats (ethnicity, age etc) would be good too. Any new Asian girls I would see in a flash.
