That’s more a mid to long term business approach of someone who wants to be there. I think some of the others are just for a short term fund so price high and hope the target ( loan, holiday etc) is reached. Some of the agencies do longer bookings pro rata for 60 min plus. I think that’s good for the regular client. Some however it was 60 min plus 30 min rate which worked out an extra $100. Works if the girl is busy and popular initially. May lose business a month or two later. Anyway that’s my thought.
 
My theory is, those that love punting will always find a way to get their fix, even if it means they have to book a 30min instead of a 2hr, or see a Asian 150buck fuck than a 4hundy hottie.
There would be less luxury and casual punts too.

The cost of living bites deep into cash for company.

I think that it depends.
I hear you on the deciding on a shorter (thus smaller fee), or having to go find a more budget friendly (but probably not who you'd usually choose), in order to get your fix.
And I'd say there are a lot out there who use this approach, and hey, if it works for them, then more power to them.

To me punting is a treat, a bit of self-care, however you want to phrase it ... not an all consuming past-time.
I'll look at what I'm currently spending, and cut corners where feasible in order to build up the resources for who I'm really wanting to see and spend time with.
And I'll be clear, I'm not flush with cash, I work in a job that society deems both necessary and unworthy of fair pay, so scrimping and saving is at times difficult.
But it makes the booking that much better, because I know that it is a treat that I've had to work towards and maybe even deny other things for, and I try to make the most of it.
My own personal philosophy, horses for courses, and all that.

That said, if my regular opened up and option to have a fortnightly direct credit into her account, in order for me to build up booking funds, she just might be able to convince me of the efficacy of such a scheme. lol
 
What's the difference between saving up yourself and direct crediting installment payments to a SW to build up a fee for later on?

I get that people want to help their regs through tough times but it doesn't make any sense to me for some random SW that you've never met before. Seems like taking on a tonne of risk for no reward.

I said that as a joke.
Because as you have pointed out, it makes exactly no difference to how long it would take to save for a booking with my regular.
That said, because we have seen each other over a dozen times in the course of around a year, and we have built a level of trust that if she were to suggest it (she wouldn't) I would at least consider it seriously.

You are 100% correct that such an arrangement would make exactly no sense if a random SW that you've never met before made the same suggestion.
I also doubt most SWs would really be into that kind of arrangement as it to a degree obligates them to a situation that they might at any point decide that they'd prefer not to be obligated.
I've spoken to a fair few of SWs over the course of 25-30 years (god it makes me feel old to even say those numbers) both as a client and other reasons, and every single one has said that one of the main reasons that they choose that line of work is flexibility, I get that some do because they have to, but I've been 'blessed' to only meet ones that choose to and could do other things if they wanted.
Which is why I say I doubt most would even really make the suggestion because it potentially effects flexibility. (not to speak for them, they can do that for themselves)

So I''ll joke here about that sort of thing, but for the most part it would make no sense for either side of the coin.
That said, for those like Tanya above that does have that arrangement with some of regulars and it work for them, that's great too.
