You are correct.
It is case to case basis to us. When we "have time", we will explain to the client that asking for a discount is not acceptable. Depending on how they react to our respond, we will allow some of them to see our experience sex workers (only). Unfortunately, this culture will continue to happens in the room.... They will try and asks for extra services for free and it's become an unpleasant experience to our workers. As stated, we will only do this in a slow period and if our worker is up for a possibly a challenging booking. In most case, our ladies would choose to catch up with their study or just relax and have a long rest before their next client.
This forum is the best place to address this culture differences.
Excellent response. It can be challenging dealing with this cultural approach, especially if the person is used to having some influence, entitlement. It is not just a cultural norm, it can be an engrained attitude also which can be quite repulsive, to put it bluntly.
Repulsive seems a very strong word lol
some of these girls will lick your asshole for a very reasonable price. i'm not sure asking for a discount would phase them as much as that

I have never had a problem with haggling must be the former salesman in me.
Yeah, they might be happy to rim your starfish. But for that, they are fully entitled to exactly the price they are asking, not some discounted offer.
I've dealt with some of these people in business, repulsive isn't a strong enough word, IMO

I guess it depends on context a bit and the culture of the working girl/agency. If its a Chinese agency or an Indian girl they might be more open to negotiating price. I have kind of tried to negotiate prices a couple of times as well but not the base rate but when I'm looking to get a couple of extras. And usually only because I realises I didn't bring enough money for all the extras I wanted. 
You are right but this is also a load of crap. I doesn't matter where you are from, one should respect the culture where you are at.
People should understand the culture of the country they are living in or visiting and respect that regardless of what they do "back home"

It’s not factual. I’ve never studied hairdressing, nor have I ever lived in Auckland or Wellington. I really dislike it when people spread information that isn’t true.... I also dont like people telling me i'm a uppy bitch when they have no idea who I am.
Who says this isn't something you can do. do it all the time. works like a charm. and i've been here my whole life. if they are happy to lower the price who cares.
just walk away. don't take it so personallly. what would be far more offensive would be agreeing to pay then not paying.
When I first started out, I had some guy haggle price with the excuse of "not bringing enough cash" and I stupidly agreed then as he paid me out, you could see all the extra cash he had in his wallet and him awkwardly trying to hide it from me. Lesson learned

With all that in mind I might try and get a discount on my next Rogan Josh. Perhaps they could throw in a garlic naan.
My opinions still stand, however I do not care to attempt to argue my opinions with another worker on here. Hence why I chose to delete my original comments.
I do acknowledge though how my original comments were quite immature, petty and just overall unnecessary to make on a public forum. For that alone I apologise.

There's plenty of examples of kiwi's behaving badly in other countries too, not respecting local culture.
If you spent your life behaving in a certain way, it can be hard to shake.
Moreover, some cultures regard sex workers as a very low status, to be abused and beaten down.

I think people getting "offended" by haggling is wild. If the offer is ridiculous, tell them that or just end the conversation there.
