I just want to give you my side of one point you made. I have never felt anyone is honoured to be in my presence, in my life. It's very unsexy to reveal here but in the past I have had anxiety, particularly crippling social anxiety, which has made it hard to connect with clients, and sometimes even look people in the eye. It can absolutely come across as arrogance or disinterest. I realised that and started limiting my bookings to 5 a day, with a minimum hour between to help me get through and maintain the quality.
