I just want to give you my side of one point you made. I have never felt anyone is honoured to be in my presence, in my life. It's very unsexy to reveal here but in the past I have had anxiety, particularly crippling social anxiety, which has made it hard to connect with clients, and sometimes even look people in the eye. It can absolutely come across as arrogance or disinterest. I've been managing it better in recent years, but it is still a thing I have to 'manage' and some days and experiences are worse than others. I do feel I connect a lot better with clients these days.
At least as unsexy, I also have sleep apnea and I suspect chronic fatigue for most of my life. I used to push myself to do up to 7 bookings a day, and my mood and quality of service could suffer with tiredness, compounded by the sleep apnea and fatigue. I realised that and started limiting my bookings to 5 a day, with a minimum hour between to help me get through and maintain the quality.
It sucks your experience with me sucked, and I apologize wholeheartedly. If you ever want to visit again and let me make it up to you I'm happy to give you a $50 discount on anyl of my services.
