That, my friend, is what’s known as ‘an opinion’. If the drafters of the legislation (PRA 2003) had wished to specify DATY, and cum on face, as proscribed acts, they would have done so.

The wording of the Act, is (probably deliberately) equivocal - a state of affairs which will persist until such time as the courts are required to interpret exactly what is meant. The pre-cursor to which, would be a police prosecution.

When, exactly, do you think this is likely to happen?

My best guess is, never.

if she’s putting our business on the radar for this reason then I have to ask her to leave. Good for short term business but bad in the long run.
DAYY and COF I usually turn the blind eye. It’s the all in no protection penetration that’s frowned upon in my shop.

It's interesting seeing the sorts of questions asked and things you guys are intrigued about. 💜

Obviously some of this could be different in your circumstance given you are 'dating' a SW. So this relates specifically to client/SW dynamics.

These also may be different for other SW's, but for me -
• Clients asking too many very personal questions
• Trying to have a lot of on-going messaging between bookings (without offering to pay for chat)
• Using the 'L' word, talking about having 'feelings for us' or wanting to 'rescue' us.
• Attempting to speak to us if seen in public
• 'Bumping into' each other in public too often for it to be a coincidence
• Texting a lady, "I just saw you at XYZ" is creepy AF
• Price haggling
• Boundary pushing. Saying no ONCE is a full sentence, and we do not have to explain why we don't like or don't provide whatever it is
• Trying to mansplain or give us advice on how to do our job
• Making inappropriate personal comments, such as comparing us to a family member like a wife or child
• Speaking negatively about or comparing us to other sex-workers in a session or in comms
Having a condescending attitude. Acting in a belittling or arrogant manner
• Arriving to a booking with poor hygiene, which demonstrates a lack of respect
• Turning up drunk or high
• Trying to argue about having to shower
• Asking how many 'dicks' we have had that day
• Refusing to pay deposits even when we have discrete payment methods, and are well-known/reviewed
• Asking for N A T U R A L or just going on about how much you hate condoms
• Blaming us if you experience ED (In saying that, it is nothing to be ashamed about and its better that you tell us before hand)
• Going on and on about how loaded you are, then not tipping or asking for $5 -10 change
• Intentionally taking forever to get dressed at the end of a booking (pressing for free extra time)
• Too much really graphic or personal info on reviews
• Holding the threat of bad reviews over our heads as a means of coercion
• Demanding to be our 'first client of the day'.
• Carrot dangling
• Attempting to access our real life social media

Im sure there are more that will come to me when Im fast asleep...

It started of really bad as I potentially ticked off the first bullet point when I try and have a bit of small talk at the start of the booking ( I try have a vague conversation that is different from weather chat).

But I was glad that was the only bullet point that I may have ticked off.

What did you find interesting about the questions the guys asked? If agent 47 comes back and answers more questions is there anything you would ask? Or with your experience would know most of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes?
