SW have the right to set any boundaries under the law and frequently do. I don't think anyone here has a problem with escorts having personal preferences. Generally if there is something they don't like they usually don't offer that service.
The disagreement in this discussion seems to be more around whether its better for the working girls to get a tip or to earn more money from doing extras.

I used to go mostly to Mustangs Gentlemans club in Albany around 2003 where I was a VIP lol. Back then the full service rate for an hour was $160 if I remember correctly. So $50 for anal probably wasn't too bad for the girls that did it.
$500 for anal seems a bit extreme for that time... that would be like charging about $1200 today when adjusted for inflation. Did the girls get many takers? $50 would be about $120 today which is probably quite reasonable considering.
I guess it depends where you worked. Different areas and different brothels probably had different ways of doing things.
Well I don't charge anything for showering together because I simply don't offer it. A lot of assumptions need to me made about my pricing and services offered to come to these conclusions.
I don't typically include showering in the time unless the client has an unpleasant attitude or behavior.
There are more practical reasons for not showering with clients which I'm about to bore you with:
I can't wear normal mascara as even the waterproof stuff comes off and gives me bad panda eyes. I use tubing mascara instead which shrink wraps around the lashes rather than paints them and stays in place better, and it is removed with...warm water. When wet it melts off and can get into my eyes which is painful. My ******* lashes are short, and building longer ones with layers of primer and tubing mascara is time consuming.
My hair is very fine and getting water on it when it is dry can make it frizzy and look like crap for the rest of the day. It also takes 30+ minutes to dry with a hairdryer. Time spent redoing my hair, skincare and make up is typically around 2 hours. Quite a chunk out of my work day, and I have had to cancel bookings and lose out on income when my make up or hair has gotten completely fudged (as can also happen when clients inadvertently get oil in it by touching it after touching my oiled up body), and I haven't had enough time to redo everything between bookings.
So pretty silly to offer showering together, which I don't enjoy anyway.
I learned a long time ago after getting badly burnt out in this industry that it's best to specialise in what I'm good at and genuinely enjoy doing rather than try and be a jane-of-all-trades. Work-wise making that change was the best thing I've ever done for both myself and the punters.
Actually, yeah, I think I do, but sometimes I move at the wrong time and it's like "oh... sorry about that!"
