What the management did was wrong. If the girl even felt a bit uncomfortable , she shouldn’t be “calmed down “ and do the business. She should be placed away from the customer that is giving her the uncomfortable vibes. Good on her to leave that agency.

Best part was the money , worse part is when people find out what u did for a living.

new girls usually are always popular, clients like new girls. And if they are young or hot , it’s good business all the way. It’s simple as that.

Girls that I choose not to employ are those who cause workplace drama and unresolved boyfriends/ ex issues that suddenly turns up at her work. If they are using substances , do it when they are not on the premises. I’m cool with that.
