Yeah couple of mortgage free apartments / homes and doing Airbnb on the side / renting them to girls to use as working rooms. No supercars or anything but did manage to get myself a new SUV , no boat yet, mostly just reinvesting into other ventures.

we did not have this issue , we did have people of the sort coming and going as customers but they have been nothing but nice to us.
