I Owned a Brothel for a Decade , Ask Me Whatever the Fuck You Want

Ok this is topical with the amount of foreign workers (mainly Asian) working here at cheaper rates. The question is are they working legally or not, and the consensus is many are not, so they are either working illegally and/or overstaying their Visa's.

So that preamble out of the way Agent 47 did you when hiring require proof of NZ Residence and did you need to sight their ID to confirm their true identity? Sorry if this has already been asked!

So, essentially, you decided s19 of the PRA 2003 would potentially conflict with your business model, and chose to ignore it?

Perhaps, it was the intention of the original act drafters, that s19 was there to control, rather than proscribe, the presence of non-residents in the industry.
 
I have another question
there has been a few times where I have come across the subject of men taking younger men to agencies to lose there V card once they are of age , is this really a thing?

This is a common thing yes, but less common for agencies that are appointment only. Very common for your traditional brothel (think places like Pelican Club, Femmes, Pinky’s etc). It’s also far more common for clients of different cultures and nationalities to do this (not so much white/caucasian clients), I guess it’s less taboo or more normalised amongst guys from various Asian or Indian cultures because these are the clients that I’ve observed are more likely to do this in general.

I didn’t ignore, I might have missed it by accident 😉
But to be honest, if nz don’t have those “imports” (legal or illegals) here giving the local SW a bit of competition, the punting scene here would be so dead. Like it or not you know I’m right.

What would you do if she admitted it
Or Denied ?
I guess you need some sort of proof ?
Illegal services cover a wide range of services. What would you enforce as dismissal grounds
DATY, COF, etc. Not sure if other services will be censored but you know what I’m talking about.
