Yeh na thats the biggest joke that ever there was! We didn't ask for this! We asked for actual practical things like removing the fucking 'CALL ME' button that results in endless time-wasting calls from private numbers and gross heavy-breathers. The majority of us don't take phone calls in the first place so why does it even exist!

That alone could have made a difference!

They tried to spin me this steaming pile of dog droppings..

What? Modern, faster more user friendly? When we can only make one set of changes to ANYTHING in our ad every 5 days and it requires account manager approval? Pull the other tit ya muppets! How do they know the perspectives of how to give us better outcomes if they don't ask, and don't listen to the things we do say.

Since NZG claim to 'own' the Profiles, what stops them from leaving an advert up live to continue running even if the SW has since stopped advertising with NZG, in effect to B&S the subscribers into paying for numbers they could find elsewhere for free?

T&Cs does say to expect 8 hours of a request but account managers are reported to be a bit tardy (5 days...) with updates.

The images and materials displayed on NZGirls, including without limitation all photographs, videos, names, logos, trade marks, text and other materials ("Content") are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws unless expressly indicated otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that New Zealand Girls or its third party licensors or affiliates own all rights, title and interest in and to the Content.

They most certainly try - but whether its an enforceable condition is a question above my pay grade.

"In consideration of New Zealand Girls allowing you to advertise yourself and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites, you hereby assign to Future Marketing all of your rights, title and interest in and to copyright in any Content supplied or provided by you or NZGirls for the purposes of promoting you and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites. You understand and agree that any Content supplied or provided by you or NZGirls for the purpose of promoting you and your services on NZGirls and/or any associated websites can only be used exclusively on NZGirls or any associated websites."

This is the regional notice issued by them.
In this way, we don't have to pay the advertising fee of 165 for a week.
660 for four weeks. Wow, that's a lot of money.
For the sake of 660, I need to return to NZG🤭🤭🤭
