Yeh na thats the biggest joke that ever there was! We didn't ask for this! We asked for actual practical things like removing the fucking 'CALL ME' button that results in endless time-wasting calls from private numbers and gross heavy-breathers. The majority of us don't take phone calls in the first place so why does it even exist!
That alone could have made a difference!
They tried to spin me this steaming pile of dog droppings..

My response...'Where and how do you actively seek advertiser input before implementing significant changes? A simple survey to advertisers about strategies to reduce time-wasters would have generated collaborative solutions. Instead, this was introduced without meaningful consultation.'
What? Modern, faster more user friendly? When we can only make one set of changes to ANYTHING in our ad every 5 days and it requires account manager approval? Pull the other tit ya muppets! How do they know the perspectives of how to give us better outcomes if they don't ask, and don't listen to the things we do say.
