Daty be Dammed

We are effectively asking the agencies to advertise that they only offer legal services, unusual for any other industry, e.g. your pharmacist saying that meth is not available lol.

I still think it's a win for both punters (big investment) and girls (safety) for info about dams to be included in the advertisement.

Escorts simply cannot advertise that they provide illegal, unsafe and unprotected ******* sex service's. Its illegal. Not to mention huge health risks...

Oral sex can transmit several sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, HPV, and HIV. These STIs can be passed from the genitals to the mouth and throat, or vice versa.

Not only is it illegal but extremely unsafe for escorts. Clients need to understand they can spread disease to escorts via oral sex and that is not fair to expect that to be offered. The disease is inside your mouth and throat.

Its about health and safety.

If you are wanting unsafe and unprotected sex service's perhaps escorts in NZ are not the right avenue to engage in sex service's.

You could take this even further and say that DFK is prohibited under the PRA.

The law isn't necessarily a perfect reflection of societal norms. Generally, but with exception, norm changes outpace law changes.

While this does not necessarily justify breaking it, it does mean that it will be broken. I'm sure you agree that it's better for everyone if the service is transparently advertised/described?

Your response is also, to some extent, a strawman. The query is about dam requirement girls being advertised as such, not vice versa.
